When will my order be delivered?

We offer two delivery options:

  • Express Delivery (1 Working Day) – Available for an additional fee at checkout.
  • Standard Free Delivery (3 Working Days) – Automatically applied to all orders.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my duvet or pillows?

Yes! We offer a 60-day return policy. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Visit our Delivery & Returns page for details.

How do I care for my duvet and pillows?

Our products are easy to maintain! We recommend machine washing at 40°C and tumble drying on a low heat. For longevity, fluff your pillows regularly and air out your duvet occasionally.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
