We aim to provide a seamless and luxurious shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep.
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (Free) – Delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Express Delivery (£4.99) – Delivered within 1 working day for orders placed before 12 PM.
- Trusted Couriers – We use DPD, Royal Mail, and UPS to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your delivery details. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Missed a Delivery?
If you miss your delivery, please check your tracking link for updates. A card may not always be posted, and couriers often provide re-delivery options, safe place delivery, or collection points. Please follow the instructions provided in the tracking link to rearrange your delivery or collect your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
We are confident in the quality of our bedding, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy
- You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging.
- Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.
- We do not accept returns on used bedding due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team with your order details.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Drop off your parcel at the designated courier or arrange for collection.
- Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item.
- If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact our team.
